Dr Mohammad Zahid (also known as Dr Mohd Zahid / Dr Zahid Azmi)
Dr Mohammad Zahid is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Teacher Education at Shibli National P.G. College, Azamgarh (Uttar Pradesh), India. He is a distinguished academician, researcher, and educational administrator with extensive contributions to teaching, research, and academic leadership..
He serves as the Chief Editor of the Shibli National Academic Journal and is also a member of the editorial board of four reputed academic journals. Dr Zahid holds life membership in the Indian Association of Teacher Education (IATE).
Dr Zahid is actively engaged in academic administration and coordination. He is working as an IGNOU Coordinator and NIRF Coordinator, contributing significantly to institutional development, quality assurance, and ranking processes.
Under his academic supervision, four degrees have been awarded, reflecting his commitment to research guidance and mentorship.
He has a strong research profile with 45 research articles published in national and international journals and has presented 48 research papers in national and international seminars and conferences. Seven references book also published
Dr Zahid has developed an innovative research tool titled “Teaching Attitude Scale in the Context of NEP 2020”, designed to measure teachers’ attitudes towards modern, learner-centered, and policy-oriented educational practices.
He is also the author of a book titled “Education & ICT (AI)”, reflecting his interest in the integration of technology and artificial intelligence in education.
