The journal aims to:

Important Terms in Academic Journals
1. Peer-Reviewed Journal
- A journal in which research papers are evaluated by independent experts in the same field before publication.
- Ensures quality, originality, and accuracy of research.
Example: Articles are reviewed by at least 2 experts (Double-blind review process).
2. Refereed Journal
- Another term for peer-reviewed journals.
- “Referee” means experts (reviewers) who check the manuscript for originality and correctness.
- Refereed = Synonym of Peer-reviewed.
3. Indexed Journal
- A journal included in recognized databases / indexing agencies.
- Indexing increases visibility, citation, and academic recognition.
Examples: Web of Science, Scopus, PubMed, Indian Citation Index.
4. Scopus Journal
- Journals indexed in Scopus (Elsevier database).
- Scopus is one of the world’s largest and most reliable indexing databases.
- Publications in Scopus journals are highly valued for academic promotions, NAAC, NBA, UGC, etc.
5. UGC Listed Journal
- University Grants Commission (UGC), India maintains a list of approved journals for academic recognition.
- Publications in UGC-CARE listed journals are considered valid for PhD, API score, CAS promotions, and NAAC/NBA evaluations.
- Only UGC-CARE approved journals are acceptable; predatory/fake journals are not considered.
